Founding member of laShongwe
Njabu has 10 years experience in the HR field. Her areas of expertise include employment equity, recruitment, skills development, labour law and general HR. She holds a BA Law degree and is in the process of acquiring her Masters in Business Administration. She is very passionate about people and skills development. Her focus in the business is on strategy, HR and marketing.
Lungile Clement Maseko
Lungile is a master at transforming the ordinary into works of art. He is the Creative Director. He has been awarded numerous design awards by Anglo Gold, De Beers to mention but a few. In 2002 he designed and manufactured trophies for the South African Jazz Festival which was sponsored by De Beers. In 2004 his design got a medal in the Anglo Gold Riches of Africa Jewellery Design Competition. In 2005 his design was nominated as one of the finalists in the Diamond Trading Company Jewellery Design competition. His vision for the laShongwe range is to introduce fresh and innovative designs.
