Philisa Zibi studied and obtained her degree in jewellery design and manufacturing. (Tswane University of Technology.) She has studied different jewellery styles, manufacturing skills and improved her creative ability.

Amahlubi Arts creates innovative, contemporary jewellery. These unique ornaments express our interpretation of life. We create a variety of artistic, ethnic and commercial jewellery.

The use of symbolism and geometric shapes has greatly influenced our African range.

By incorporating various materials with the metal and using detailed patterns enhances the beauty of the piece.

Some amulets have specific meaning, while others are just beautiful aesthetic pieces. We draw inspiration from different cultures and sculptural forms.

Yet we strive to be inventive to create new pieces which the industry does not supply. Our jewellery is a selection of simple, experimental and expressive jewellery with bold colours.
